About Me

Who Am I?

I'm Nathan Wine.

I was born at a very young age in Long Island, NY. Spent a few brief months in Westchester, NY before living the remainder of my teenage years in Syracuse, NY. Moved back to Long Island to pursue higher education.

Ever since I was little, I always took an interest in technology and computers. This of course means that I am obligated to be my family's tech support liaison. Such a potent combination lead me to pursue a degree in Computer Science once I decided that college was the path I wanted to take - despite having no prior programming experience. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Besides making software, I am also a computer hardware enthusiast. I've built and maintained multiple computers, and have no plans to stop soon (VR setup is next!). I love games of all kinds, whether it be crossword puzzles, board games, or video games. Team-based games and roguelikes are personal favorites. I'm also a sports fan - played little league baseball in my youth, now a huge basketball/NBA fan.
